Delivery Times & Charges

Our delivery prices are based on the weight, size and the amount of packaging your order requires.

Postage & Packaging cost can be easily estimated by adding items to your shopping basket. Your basket summary, shown at the top right the site, will give you a delivery quote, you will not be committed to buy or need to register any details.

Adding your delivery address during the checkout process will give a more accurate quote if not in mainland UK.

Fragile items, that need extra packaging to ensure they arrive with you safely, may have a minimum shipping charge. This information will be displayed in your shopping cart summary. It's likely that ordering more of this type of product will not increase the delivery charge.

Delivery Methods

At check out you will be given the delivery options based on your address.

By default we do not require a signature for Courier Deliveries, and allow that a parcel can be left in a safe place, or with a neighbour. We recommend giving a work express address for delivery if you are not home during the day.

Next Working Day delivery is unavailable for P.O. boxes, BFPO addresses, Shetlands, Orkney, some areas of Perthshire, NI and the Channel Islands

 

Incorrect Address

If the address is incorrect or outdated, the parcel is usually returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. 

Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order after two deliver attempts a further charge is levied on the delivery charge as the parcel will be returned to us and has to be re-sent. 

 

Deliveries outside of Mainland UK

If you are outside of the UK and would like to order please contact our customer services.

Goods ordered from FrameLizard.co.uk for delivery outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Custom Made or Personalised Products Policy

Please note our returns policy excludes Custom Made or Personalised products where the item is non-faulty and has been correctly custom made or personalised to your measurements / instructions.  

 

Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods

Please check delivery contents and report problems as soon as possible as most carriers allow only 3 days to make a claim.

Please email sales@FrameLizard.co.uk detailing, in full, the damage or fault relating to your order. Along with the email we ask you to provide photographic evidence to support your claim.



Your right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel at any time up to 7 working days after the day your goods are delivered.

Please note that this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by post or using the contact us section of our website, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.

You do not have the right to cancel if the order is for a bespoke product (such as a personalised gift).
This policy does not affect your consumer legal rights where goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Missing or delayed items

Please note: If items are sent by Royal Mail we sometimes may need to wait upto 14 days before being able to trace, replace or refund items lost in the post.
